  • Dry Docking Planned and supervised drydock repairs for all vessel types, including repair scheduling, yard coordination, cost control, and on-site supervision. In selected yards, turnkey docking solutions are provided to meet both technical and commercial requirements.
  • Retrofits & Conversions Turnkey retrofit projects including scrubber installations, shaft generators, AMP systems, VFD retrofits, and other efficiency or compliance-driven modifications, carried out at newbuilding yards, repair yards, or afloat.
  • Energy Efficiency Upgrades Implementation of ESD and performance-enhancing solutions, including pre-swirl ducts, Cap Fins, and CCS-related upgrades aimed at improving fuel efficiency and regulatory compliance.
